What this site collects
Nothing, by design. Release 0.1 of Obfuscation Hub is a static website with no user accounts, no login, no forms that transmit to us, no advertising, no embedded social feeds, and no third-party tracking scripts.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies — which is why you do not see a cookie banner. If a future release introduces functionality requiring cookies, this policy will be updated first and any consent required will be requested properly.
Local preferences (stored only in your browser)
Two small functional preferences use your browser's local storage: your theme choice (light, dark, or system default) and your typing-game personal bests. These never leave your device, are not transmitted to us or anyone else, contain no identifying information, and are removed if you clear your browser's site data. They exist purely so the site remembers your settings between visits.
The contact form
The contact page assembles an email draft inside your own mail application using a
mailto: link. Your entries are used only in your browser to build that
draft; they are not transmitted to, or stored by, this website. Nothing leaves your
device unless you press send in your own email app — at which point normal email applies,
and we receive what you chose to send. Email you send us is used to respond to you and
retained as ordinary business correspondence; we do not sell it or add you to marketing
lists.
The self-assessment
The business self-assessment on the For Business page is scored entirely in your browser. Answers are never transmitted, stored, or logged — reloading the page erases them completely.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served by a hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare Pages), which — like effectively all web infrastructure — may process technical data such as IP addresses transiently to deliver content and protect against abuse. We have not enabled analytics products in this release; if privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) are enabled later, this policy will say so plainly.

Articles link to external authoritative sources (for example NIST, CISA, AICPA). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
